I work with stylists who really understand my body and my sense of style, and most importantly, take good care of my comfort because it is so important to me. I try to wear things that make me comfortable so that I can carry them well and comfortably. My personal style is very informal, so I definitely need more help Formal or glamorous look. And, I enjoy working with my designers and stylists to find a way to work with them.
In the same vein, you also continue to play a new makeup look. What does beauty mean to you?
My definition Personal beauty Less is more. I think when you are confident in your skin and accept yourself as such, you look beautiful no matter what. So when it comes to makeup, I always believe in minimalism. But I like to use; I am an artist by heart and makeup is also an art. I like to try new things at least together Makeup trend Because new and exciting things are happening every day. So I like to use a lot.

You have now launched the Press-On Nail brand – tell us the purpose and name behind it.
We started SOEZI because as a woman, I think it completes your whole look when yours No Is done. And many women, like me, do not like to spend a lot of time in salons or often do not want to go to make their own nails, which is a big void in the market for nails after we realize. There is no real mainstream Indian brand that caters to this particular class; Where SOEZI came from. And when we were thinking of names for the brand, I definitely wanted to start with S, because me and my partner creation name starts with S, and we were just thinking about the qualities in the brand. And because I’ve been trying these nails for over a year, I’ve been changing them every day for red carpet shows, for shoots. I have also worn these nails and gone on vacation and diving and realized how much it really takes to change and wear them and how long they last. So it came to me like an electric shock.
What does your summer skin care routine look like? In hot, humid months you swear perfectly?
Mine Summer skin care routine Includes lots of sun block, lots of moisturizer, icing to keep my face cool and hydrated, and lots of water to drink. I think it’s great for your skin, but underestimated – just stay hydrated. And in hot, humid months, I swear it’s a sun block. I think we learned this lesson when we were growing up, but sunblock is definitely the most important thing to have in your skincare kit.
Do you rely on beauty products to keep your skin and hair healthy, or are you a fan of DIY treatments?
It’s really a mixture of both. Like my mother has great faith Home remedies And there are many things in our kitchen that are natural, organic and very good for your skin. So I have tried everything Multani soil Rub the tomatoes on the banana face pack and on your skin. But there are also beauty products on the market that address a variety of skin and hair needs. You really have to experiment with them and find one that matches your type; Which I have also done.
You’ve often shared glimpses of your artwork on Instagram. Is art something that helps you manage stress?
Yes, it is Medical for me, my art. When I paint, I get lost in my canvas and colors and it helps me to switch off the world one by one. So, I guess, I love it. And, yes, I realize I’m the billionth person to make that joke.
You’re always advocating physical positivity, some of your upcoming films, Double XL, Also behaves. How challenging it is to deal with negative comments / trolls – and how do you make sure they don’t affect you in any way?
Yeah Al that sounds pretty crap to me, Looks like BT aint for me either Healthy body image For women because that’s not what I grew up with. And growing up as an overweight girl is harder when you are constantly exposed to things that make you doubt yourself and your body, and make you feel like you have to fit a certain size to be beautiful. Double XL Of course it’s related to the subject and I’m happy to be a part of this film because it’s something I’ve experienced most of my life. It used to be challenging to deal with all the negativity, but, my guess is that as you grow thicker and you grow as a person, you learn to accept yourself more and more. And once that happens, honestly, these things start to affect you less. What I have come to realize over the years is that being healthy and happy is the most important thing. And I think I focus instead of all the negativity.
To be an actor, one often needs to lose and gain weight (depending on the characters) – which can affect the body. Like, how do you make sure you stay fit – can you share details of your workout and diet routine?
Honestly, my 12 years as an actor, Double XL It was the first movie I needed to gain weight. It was really about getting out of the condition we had as an actor that you had to follow a regular diet and workout routine. But, here I was asked to make a film where they were like that Eat whatever you likeGet yourself out.
So, I really enjoyed that procedure because it was kind of cathartic; You don’t have to think about a lot of things you’ve been thinking about for years. So I really enjoy both. You have to be healthy and fit to continue your work, and for the work we do, taking care of yourself is very important to me. So, even though we put on weight, we lost it over a period of time and did nothing harsh or harmful.
Being able to do that for the film was interesting and certainly very satisfying because the message we sought to convey has always been important to me, and I was very happy to be able to. Put on that kind of weight And portray that character for this role.
What do you think is the most challenging thing about being an artist?
The most challenging thing about being an actor is … Honestly, everything is very challenging. But the lack of privacy, and maybe the long hours and constant stay at your fingertips can be very stressful – so yes, I think it will be the most challenging.
Your parents are actors – what is one thing they have always told you and you stick to in your personal and business journey?
My parents have always told me to be different and not to get into a bunch of things. To do your work, be your person. I think it’s very important to be yourself and follow what you think for yourself. I think it’s even easier, it’s more authentic to stick to who you are and it helps you enjoy the journey more. So, this is something that I keep very close to and I always focus on getting on the road.
