The deceptive organization People have freed a sick and old chimpanzee from his loving caregiver, who had evicted him, to protect him from ethical treatment.
A U.S. marshal who was in the house said the organization was “possibly in their euthanasia.”
The chimpanzee was at the home of his caregiver, Tony Hadix, who lost custody of him and six others after a lengthy court battle with the organization.
Tonka, the chimpanzee who starred in the movie Friend, screamed in fear for almost an hour because the organization’s so-called “expert” did not seem to know how to calm him down properly. He could hear the panic rumbling around his cage after the organization, and the court marshals who protected them, made Hadiks leave the room.

Last year, PETA was granted the right to take Tonka and six more chimpanzees from Hadix after it was alleged that their previous owner had used them several years earlier. They also claimed to be “in stock” in a “weakened facility” and called it a “hole of hell.”
This was their corps:
The organization had claimed that some chimpanzees did not have access to the large outdoor enclosure, but when The Gateway Pundit visited the Festus facility, we determined that this was no longer the case in Hadik’s care.
PETA was not so worried about her care that they had initially agreed to let her keep the three chimpanzees. However, she had to promise to build a new building, which she agreed to do. Unfortunately, due to COVID and the lack of supply, the building materials became small and her contracted team was unable to do so until PETA’s arbitrary date, so they decided to take them all.
July 28, the day of PETA came to collect themTonka wasn’t there.
Hadiks claimed to have died a month ago. She had lied to protect her and pulled her out of the office and into a hotel room a few miles away.
About 60 hours have now passed since Marshal Tony’s house, and PETA has not arrived in this “emergency situation”. Here is part of an interview I did with Tony before they took the other chimpanzees last year https://t.co/K6IqpIRfuh pic.twitter.com/uVMtf1ZHi6

A veterinarian who had been treating Tonka for years signed a certificate last July stating that Tonka had suffered a stroke, had severe heart disease and that euthanasia should be considered. Haddis did not want to give up and insisted that they try any possible treatment.
Brave woman refuses to hand over beloved chimpanzees to animal rights group PETA, says she will break court order – “They don’t get them”
She feared that as an elderly and sick-bred chimpanzee would end up like many others. beaten to death other chimpanzees when they are placed in a large group in the shrine. One only has to look at the level of PETA’s killing to realize that life is often not a Disney movie that a smoking organization is trying to sell to people for their “rescued” animals.
As further proof of her selfless motive, Hadik was able to pick up one of the young chimpanzees and spend decades with them. She did not. She hid what was practically in the shelter.
She claims that her goal was to allow him to live comfortably with someone he knew and loved.
It seems her mistake was to trust the documentary film group to document her PETA fight after they had claimed to be on her side.
PETA disagreed with allegations that Tonka had falsified his death and paid $ 10,000 in compensation to someone who might have cheated after a judge refused to despise Hadik. Their efforts did not end, so the actor Alan Camings, who played with Tonka in the film. Friend a quarter of a century ago, but never tried to meet him, issued an additional $ 10,000 in compensation to find his “friend.”
PETA received $ 2.6 million in COVID bailout money, repaying only $ 676,317
After all, “documentary filmmaker” Dwayne Caningem or a member of his team recorded a call with Hedix in which she admitted that she had Tonka and that her veterinarian was worried and wanted to discuss euthanasia again. Hadica says she did not intend to do so, but tried to get views on the matter.
They recorded the call and handed it over to PETA.
Although Kaningem denied this, Rolling Stone obtained a copy of the call transcript. It undoubtedly came from the documentary group.
It is still unclear whether it was an all-time setting, whether they did it to “protect” the chimpanzee, or whether they just wanted to make their documentary more exciting by creating conflict. There are many questions about their ethics, but Caningem did not answer the reporter’s calls.
After hearing the audio, the judge issued a sealed emergency order, sending the judges to Hadiks’ home, where they spent three days until PETA arrived to take him away. The order states that she must not tell anyone when an attack will occur, film her home or interfere in any way. You can read the order here.
When they went after the other six chimpanzees, the judge told Tony that she had to pay for the judges to protect PETA and their noodle armed lawyer, Jared Goodman. pic.twitter.com/qb3TN4HA9p

On Sunday, PETA lawyer Jared Goodman arrived 20 minutes late with a “primate expert”, veterinarians and representatives of the organization, including Brittany Pete, their “deputy general adviser on law enforcement”. They had added extra judges to protect them, possibly from a 5’1-inch and 100-pound Haddix. They arrived in a long and dramatic column of vehicles.
For almost an hour, Hadiks listened to Tonka panic and scream as he slammed into the shed, which PETA used deceptively in his press releases, claiming that he lived in a small cage.
Their expert didn’t seem to know how to calm the chimpanzee, and it only took a few minutes.
When they were able to do that, they tied Tonka to a range of monitors and examined him on a stretcher outside with flies tossing around – while Hadik looked out the window with a broken heart.
Her veterinarian had warned that because of her condition, such reassurance could mean she would not wake up. She watched them poke and poke him with needles, and watched his heart.
Are you ready for the real part of the wild? The government ordered Tony to continue caring for chimpanzees free of charge, providing them with food and care for almost a YEAR before they took the peta, even though they were already peta-awarded and “owned”. pic.twitter.com/0Wx4Koxy2w

Shortly before noon, they loaded him into their vehicle. He will wake up without the consolation of the woman who brought him up, in an unfamiliar place, surrounded by unfamiliar people and animals.
“They’re taking my boy,” Hadik said. Primates work closely with humans. Most likely, it will be as painful for Tonka as it is for her. She considers him a child.
Hadiki said she had to leave the property because she couldn’t cope with what they were doing to her.
PETA will now try to get Haddis imprisoned for contempt and breaking the order.
As PETA is hearing this case not only in the physical courtroom but also in the public opinion court, let me witness her defense.
This reporter personally knows Hadik and will move a mountain in her place. She is kind, funny, affectionate, and loyal to her friends, who are both non-human primates and human primates. What is being done to him is unjust, unfair and burdensome.
Hadik is scheduled to appear before a judge on June 15.
