Although these foam mattresses are slightly different from the Lush model in terms of plushness, we still think it is a comfortable memory foam mattress suitable for a wide range of sleep types and a strong candidate for our list of the best double size mattresses.
This Nectar mattress is 13 inches thick and this type of mattress is made entirely of foam. All the beds of this brand have a feeling of thick memory foam and we were not surprised that this model is no different. Another option worthy of a luxury hotel, the Leesa Legend double mattress was soft, attractive and had the right amount of bounce (without too much bouncing). I would rate a hardness of about 4 out of 10, or between medium to medium soft. It is plush, relieves pressure and is a great option for those who sleep on their side. The mattress with two beds has four layers – two layers of springs and two layers of memory foam. The combination provided an exceptional body shape, especially when I was lying on my back. I felt like I was comfortably seated in a double-sized mattress, while still feeling supported and aligned.
The organic cotton and wool cover, which is made from recycled water bottles, provided an extra layer of comfort that took the level of a typical memory foam mattress. It looked more like, but without a bulky top layer. It had minimal transmission and superior support from edge to edge, so you will feel comfortable and supported even if you migrate towards the edge of the double bed. I think Amerisleep AS2 is the best double mattress for those who sleep on their stomachs, who sleep on their backs and people who suffer from back pain. It has a medium strength profile of about 7 out of 10 on the strength scale, which offers a good ratio of support for the spine and pressure reduction. Instead of traditional memory foam, it is made from Bio-Pur – a proprietary type of memory foam that responds better to movements and body weight. It is also more airy and airy. These two things pretty much solve all my doubts with a double memory foam mattress.
