Trump prosecutor Mayor Rudy Juliani has issued a statement to The Gateway Pundit (see his full statement below) after hearing a non-select committee on January 6, yesterday continued to advance their unfounded conspiracy theory that President Trump was in some way cooperating with proud boys and oathholders in an attempt to cancel the election. They have yet to provide any evidence to support their direct framing and defamation of many American citizens.
Monday’s nap festival “Day 2” offered plenty of screen time, which was demonstrated by Rep. Zoe Lofgren, D-CA. She questioned some dumb witnesses who repeatedly claimed that there had been no election fraud.
The committee then began attacking Trumpy’s lawyer, Rudi Giuliani, and played a montage of Giuliani’s news interviews after the 2020 election about election fraud. To discredit his allegations, the committee tried to portray him negatively as “intoxication” on election night by playing a clip by former Trumpet adviser Jason Miller.
In the clip, Miller claimed that Juliani was “definitely intoxicated” on election night.

“The mayor was definitely intoxicated, but I don’t know his level of intoxication, like when he spoke to the president,” Miller said in a statement.
According to eyewitnesses, this is not true.
“Mr Julian attended an election night meeting at the White House,” said an election night guest who did not want to be named. “He drank a dietary colon and refused another guest an offer to get him alcohol. The mayor shook hands with New Giedham and the venerable Franklin Graham to name a few. It is confusing why Jason Miller would say such a blatant lie.

“The committee is not trying to find the truth on January 6. Otherwise, they would see what different countries have discovered about electoral irregularities and irregularities in their countries. INVESTIGATOR: What was this conversation like?
BILLS STEPIENS: A lot of conversation was in my direction. Some of us — me, Jason Miller, Justin Clark, and Mark Meadows — gathered in a room outside the map room to listen to what Rudy probably wanted to say to the president.
INVESTIGATOR: Was there anyone in this conversation who, in your opinion, had drunk too much?
Jason MILLERS: Hm, Major Julian.
INVESTIGATOR: Tell me more about it. What was your observation about his possible intoxication in the debate on what the President should say when addressing the people on election night?
JASON MILLER: The mayor was definitely intoxicated. But I, for one, did not know his level of intoxication when he spoke to the president.

After two long boring days of hearings, there was no other reference or evidence of this so – called unfounded “seven – point plan”.
