This week, Congressman Troy Nelss will introduce the Stop Child Abuse Act, which aims to repeal an executive order signed by President Baiden on June 15 that bans some state governments from banning sex therapy for minors and deprives states of the right to administer it independently.

Biden signed Executive Order on the Promotion of Equality for Lesbians, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer and Intersex as part of his administration’s plan to promote the LGBTQI + community in America.

According to the executive order, the administration’s goal is to “protect LGBTQI + individuals’ access to medically necessary care,” including gender reassignment therapies such as hormones and surgical interventions for those suffering from gender dysphoria.

Administration, including the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) now classifies hormone therapy and gender reassignment surgery as the proper treatment for LGBTQI + youth mental health problems.

The order also states that “200 days after the date of this order, the HHS Secretary shall develop and publish model policies for States to ensure and expand access to health care, including mental health services, for LGBTQI + individuals and their families.”

All major medical associations now recommend gender-sensitive care for the treatment of gender dysphoria.

The entire Baiden administration has joined the ideas contained in the Presidential Executive Order. Other announcements from within the administration have been made public in advance.

In March a document issued by the Office of Population Affairs of the Department of Health and Human Resources (OPA).

The HHS document describes appropriate treatments for transgender adolescents, including “upper” surgery to create a typical male chest shape or breast enhancement “and” lower “surgery on the genitals or reproductive organs, facial feminization or other procedures.

“Gender-validated medical and psychosocial health care practices have been shown to reduce adverse mental health outcomes, increase self-esteem, and improve the overall quality of life of transgender and gendered youth,” OPA said. to release states.

National Child Traumatic Stress Network of the Substance Use and Mental Health Administration (NCTSN) released a similar one document entitled ‘Gender-based care is care based on injuries’.

The NCTSN went a little further than the OPA document, expressing support for hormone therapy for minors. At the NCTSN to release says proper treatment “may include evidence-based interventions such as puberty blockers and sex-confirming hormones.”

“Providing gender-sensitive care is neither child abuse nor abuse. The US child welfare system, which aims to “improve the overall health and well-being of our country’s children and families,” should not be used to deny care or segregate families who work to make the best decisions for the well-being of their children. “There are no scientific studies showing the negative effects of gender – sensitive care,” the statement said.

However, Nehl and many other leaders disagree. The choice to subject a minor to hormone therapy or gender reassignment surgery that irreversibly alters his or her body before reaching the age at which he or she can give informed consent is considered abusive.

Most recently, Governor Greg Abbot ordered the Texas Department of Family and Defense Services to begin investigating and reporting cases of juvenile sex reassignment procedures or therapies.

Abbott order follows statements by the state attorney general, saying state laws describe the practice as violence against children.

Attorney General Ken Paxton said in an official statement statement, statement that the proceedings are considered child abuse under Texas law. He described the practice as “monstrous and tragic”, stating on Twitter that it was “obvious harm”.

While Abbot’s order in Texas has now come under scrutiny and faces legal hurdles, the Conservative leadership continues to fight for the welfare of children in its state.

It is in at least 13 states, including Texas draft laws have been introduced restrict access to gender-sensitive care for transgender youth, ban transgender and female participation in girls’ sports teams and ban LGBTQ + teaching at school.

The Baiden Executive Order aims to overturn such efforts to protect children in these states and across the country.

A law to end child abuse would repeal President Baiden’s injunction to protect American children from the devastating and irreversible effects of gender-sensitive health care.

According to the American College of Pediatricsno single long-term study demonstrates the safety or efficacy of puberty blockers, sex hormones, and surgery in transgender youth.

Puberty blockers can cause depression and other emotional disturbances associated with suicide. Packaging instructions for LupronThe most prescribed puberty blocker in America lists “emotional instability” as a side effect and warns prescribers: “The development or worsening of mental symptoms should be monitored during treatment.”

Worse, puberty blockers can cause persistent severe side effects, including osteoporosis, mood disorders, seizures, cognitive impairment, and sterility when used in combination with sex hormones.

Too often, physically healthy transgender girls undergo double mastectomy at age 13 and hysterectomy at age 16. In the same way, their male colleagues at 16 and 17 years undergo surgical castration and penectomy.

Many medical organizations around the world, including the Australian College of Physicians, the Royal College of General Practitioners in the United Kingdom and the Swedish National Council for Medical Ethics, have described these treatments for children as experimental and dangerous.

Swedish psychiatrist Dr. Christopher Gilberg He said that the transition of children was “probably one of the biggest scandals in medical history” and called for an “immediate moratorium on the use of puberty blockers due to their unknown long – term effects”.

In addition to gender transition therapy for children, the Baiden Executive Order requires agencies to develop LGBTQ + inclusive learning environment policies in schools. The trend to over-sexualize children in schools has sparked heated debate in America.

Recently a school in Arizona issued a questionnaire students who included questions asking what they thought caused their heterosexuality, how they decided they were heterosexual, why the heterosexual relationship was unstable, and whether they considered heterosexuality to be a phase.

The growing issue of teaching sexual orientation, gender identity, and more to young American students has led to direct action by many states. In March, Florida passed HB 1557, officially called the Parental Rights Bill in Education. The bill prohibits the Florida school system from teaching third-grade students about sexual orientation or gender identity in kindergarten.

The bill was considered by the far left, who called the measure a “Don’t Say a Gay Bill.” Celebrities openly criticized Governor Ron DeSantis and his leadership, corporations like Disneyand White House on a bill aimed at protecting young children from inappropriate sexual content in schools.

The executive order also aims to set up a committee to expand federal data collection on sexual orientation and gender identity, which is another step in further exploring citizens’ privacy.

The Nehls Act to End Child Abuse would end all current White House support for these executive orders. This would limit the ability of corporations, schools, health care providers, and any other influential entity to impose gender ideologies on America’s newest citizens.

Congressman Nehls focuses on protecting American children, ensuring that the White House does not usurp state rights and that the agenda of one group cannot affect the actions and results of every American.
